As a Tapster you will:

• Identify and secure high-potential merchants and partnerships.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and support.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and apply insights to sales strategies.

What you will bring to the party:

• Strong background in fintech and banking sales.
• 2-4 years of experience in similar position.
• Deep understanding of the payments industry, particularly in Kuwait and the MENA region.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Strong presentation skills for promoting payment solutions.
• Bilingual: both English and Arabic is essential.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
• A degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, finance) but not mandatory if equivalent experience is present.
• Goal-oriented and self-driven with a strong sales acumen.
• Adaptable to changing market conditions and able to handle pressure.
• Innovative thinker with problem-solving abilities.
• Kuwait-based role with a primary focus on the Kuwaiti market
